Pipe Serve Solutions Limited deliver top quality fabrication services and installation, modification and maintenance of mechanical service piping systems, on schedule, throughout the UK.

In addition to carrying out installation works as a complete site based operation, we are able to carry out off-site fabrication works both to service our site works, and as stand alone fabrication projects. Our fabrication facility is conveniently located adjacent to the major road networks, with facilities available to accomodate 12no. Fabricator's / welders / fitters (including 5 tonne lifting capabilities) as necessary to facilitate the following works:

Fabrication and welding of piping up to 600mm diameter
Fabrication and roll grooving of piping up to 300mm diameter
Fabrication and threading of piping up to 150mm diameter
Fabrication of skid units, incorporating plant / equipment / interconnecting pipework / thermal insulation (pressure tested prior to delivery)
All NDT requirements can be arranged via approved sub-contractors prior to delivery, to meet contract requirements
Deliveries are scheduled to meet contract requirements, utilising local approved haulage companies

Pipe Serve Solutions Limited carry out fabrication works in accordance with detailed client drawings, with all fabrication isometrics produced by us, together with QA documentation which is maintained for record purposes over the duration of the project. i.e. welder qualifications / procedures, weld / NDT logs, material batch schedules, etc. This service is alsoavailable for site based fabrication works. All QA procedures and logs are continually reviewed and updated by our QA representative.

We can also offer a competitive and professional plant installation and heavy machinery lifting service to compliment mechanical services installations, with operatives being trained and holding relevant qualifications to carry out associated slinging, rigging and operation of MEWP and lifting equipment.
